HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN PRACTICING AND HOW HAS YOGA IMPROVED YOUR LIFE?
I have been practicing yoga for almost two years, but consistently for one year. Yoga has helped me get over lingering injuries in my back and body imbalances from playing college basketball. My hips and shoulders are opening up more than I ever thought was possible, my core strength has increased, and my posture has improved. The meditation aspect of yoga, focusing on my breath and thoughts, has helped me be more focused and grounded in the present moment and in my day-to-day life.
