Meditation and Pranayama Workshop

We have a NEW workshop at The Green Yogi in Manhattan Beach this Saturday, May 17th, from 12:30-2:30pm with Linda Baffa! It will be an amazing journey to learn what it really means to quiet the mind, exist in the present moment, and feel peaceful and at ease all the time.

The art of meditation is a practice, a journey, and a pathway to tapping into your truth, discovering both what you need to release and what you need to cultivate in your life in order to find your inner peace. This workshop will include movement to prepare the body for sit-ting, breathing techniques to calm the mind, guided me ditations, and a list of sources to continue your meditation practice on your own. *A blanket, towel, or meditation cushion is recommended for sitting.

Price: $20 early bird | $25 same day
