Have you heard about yoga for your face? Everyone here at The Green Yogi loves how yoga makes our bodies feel, but it turns out exercising your face muscles tightens, tones and, according to practitioners, even combats aging, sounds good to me!

By sticking out your tongue for 60 seconds, looking right and left with just your eyes, making a fish face, puffing out your cheeks, clenching every muscle in your face, giving a surprise face without wrinkling your brow, making a kiss face, placing your tongue on the roof or your mouth looking up and swallowing, and calming your face for 60 seconds you will flush out toxins, lessen crows feet, strengthen face muscles, plump your lips, prevent jowls, and soften fine lines.
