Create Your Best Life

With 2014 charging ahead, how are we already a week in?? there is no better time to stop and reflect at The Green Yogi. In last week’s post about resolutions and themes I mused about the traditions of setting resolutions and the challenges they present and my own personal resolution this year in the form of a theme, courage. Well, it takes courage to question yourself. What’s most important to you? How’s your life? Are you doing what you want to be doing? Are you enjoying where you are right now? If you could change anything what would it be? Do you even feel like there’s room for improvement?

Depending on your answers you might be interested in our upcoming workshop, Create Your Best Life with Matt Rothert!  He’s a Green Yogi instructor, Chef, and Lululemon Alumni Ambassador.
