Mary Beth LaRue, Blisscrafter

We have a new addition at The Green Yogi and are very excited to welcome Mary Beth LaRue to our team!

Her name may ring a bell, Mary Beth was recently featured on Rate Your Burn‘s top yoga instructors in Los Angeles with Green Yogi founder, Mary Strong, and in the Huffington Post, National Geographic Traveler as well as LA Yoga for her classes and retreats. In recognition of her impressive work, in and out of the yoga studio, Mary Beth has been named an ambassador of lululemon athletica, Stronger Faster Healthier, Manduka, and Yogaearth. Oh and in all her spare time she writes almost daily on her blog, ananda, as well as for other major media outlets.

Her mission as a blisscrafter is to lead people toward sustainable, fulfilling, “ohmygodilovemylife” bliss. Right now you’ll be seeing Mary Beth’s name pop up on our schedule as a sub, so if you want to experience true bliss get yourself to one of Mary Beth’s yoga classes as soon as you can.

Mary Beth’s Yoga Cred: MB received her 200-hour certification from Flow Yoga in Washington DC in 2007, her pre and postnatal teaching certification from Inspired Yoga in Washington DC in 2008, and her 500-hour teaching certification from YogaWorks in Los Angeles with Kia Miller in 2010 (Kia is fantastic, I did my training with her, she rocks). Mary Beth’s thoughtful, creative flow incorporates both yin and yang to energize the body and balance the mind, backed by a soundtrack of beats to get you moving and bliss you out. You’ll explore your edge and depth of your practice while maintaining steady full breath – the most important part of a yoga practice.
