Dear Yoga,

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.
I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight
For the ends of Being and ideal Grace.
I love thee to the level of everyday’s
Most quiet need, by sun and candle-light.
I love thee freely, as men strive for Right;
I love thee purely, as they turn from Praise.
I love thee with a passion put to use
In my old griefs, and with my childhood’s faith.
I love thee with a love I seemed to lose
With my lost saints, — I love thee with the breath,
Smiles, tears, of all my life! — and, if God choose,
I shall but love thee better after death.

I think we can all agree Elizabeth Barrett Browning knows how to write a love note…

Now if you had the opportunity to write a love note to yoga what would you say?  I love you yoga because you always have my back, I love how you’re always there for me day and night, I love you because you accept my true self, I love you because you make my muscles strong and long, I love that in your presence you make me calm, you had me at OM…

On Wednesday 12.12.12 to help spread the love of yoga that serves us all in countless ways, lululemon athletica is giving everyone FREE yoga at The Green Yogi!  Join us as we breathe in love, bend in gratitude, and flow with grace and write our personal love notes to this unparalleled practice.

Be Inspired,

Kelly
