Your breakfast doesn’t need to be huge, but it does need PROTEIN to jump start your metabolism and your day! What kind is best? An egg or two (just eating the egg whites is ideal with some salt and pepper), a half cup to a cup of Greek Yogurt with some berries, my favorite brand is Fage, with a little Organic Raw Blue Agave to lightly sweeten it up, or a yummy and easy on the go smoothie. I think smoothies are kind of like salads or soups, you can use whatever ingredients you have in your fridge and cupboard. Just make sure you include sources of proteins like yogurt or protein powder to get the grams you need!
