Chicken

We always have either chicken breasts or thighs in our fridge or freezer.  (Thighs are more affordable and if you trim the fat off they have basically the same fat content)  But sometimes it’s hard for me to get excited about cooking it…  So I was very excited when I read The New York Times Magazine article about Simple Chicken Recipes that looks delicious and easy.  Check it out!
